Duke Energy Indiana: how planned outages are announced
Duke Energy says it tries to tell every affected customer before scheduled work by phone, email or text. There is no public list of planned outages. If urgent work can’t wait, the outage map may show it labelled “planned outage” with an estimated restoration time.
